GaryI bought a whole PC plus extras there a few years ago and when the ASUS motherboard failed it took 9 weeks and a letter to ACCC to get them to fix it. They sent it overseas (as it was a grey import part) and eventually replaced the board which was only worth $170) They were reasonably priced but terrible backup support. I strongly advise to keep clear or ARC.3rd Apr 2010 05:46:43
